Welcome to the “Avenues of Remembrance” application, which has enabled the digitalization of 5 prominent monuments at the New Cemetery in Belgrade using the latest augmented reality technologies. The application will guide you through the heroic and turbulent times of the Great War, by visiting the final resting places of two exceptional military commanders and three common graves of fallen warriors: the Serbian Ossuary, the Russian Ossuary, and the Austro-Hungarian Military Cemetery. If you decide to visit all the monuments and complete this interesting tour, you can receive a symbolic reward in the form of promotional material dedicated to this unique Open-Air Museum, as we proudly call the cultural-historical treasury of the New Cemetery. The reward can be collected at the main gate of the cemetery. All you need to do is show the card displayed within the application once you have visited all five locations.
